Q: Can I customise my order?
A: Currently we only offer flower bouquets / arrangements options found on our website.

Q: Do you deliver on the same day?
A: It depends on the availability of the flowers. The order must be confirmed before 1pm. You are encouraged to contact our customer service hotline/whatsapp to confirm the order.

Q: I received the wrong product; can you send me the correct one?
A: In an unfortunate case, if this happens to you, please contact us and we will resolve the issue the best we can.
